We understand shopping online can be a hassle, but we are here for you. Please know that the full priced items purchased here, will gladly be accepted for a full refund, if the return is UNWORN merchandise and within 14 days of delivery.
- All items that are discounted are Final Sale, with an exception to this rule being non-worn footwear, up to and including 25% off. which can be considered for a store credit code by emailing fittedcustomerservice@gmail.com. A photo of the bottom and top of your shoes is required for this exception.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
- Any under garments (bra’s, underwear, nipple covers), self-care items & bath items are final sale.
- The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant, animal hair, smell of smoke, or fragrances, damaged, original tags not attached, received beyond 14 days from your received date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
- Footwear should be unworn and in their original packaging. This means you should only wear them indoors on clean surfaces for a few days before deciding to return them. Please reach out with any questions
- All returns must be received OR postmarked within 14 days of when you received your special Fitted package in the mail.
- Please know that the shipping costs for the return are paid by you, the customer.
- If you plan to return items that you paid a shipping cost to receive, know that you forfeit the amount of shipping when being credited for the refund.
- It could take up to 10 days for you to see the credit for your return on your account.
- Also keep in mind that if you purchase $150 or more that you get Free Shipping.
